Theme Questionnaire

Use this questionnaire to help you identify a great party theme. This about what your child is most interested in. What she likes to do, play with, read about? What kind of TV shows, videos and movies she is drawn to? What does she likes to study in school? Be sure to involve any child over 2 years old in the theme selection process. Some children have very distinct ideas. These ideas may not always be realistic, but the party is for them, so try to accommodate their wishes as much as possible.
